How to make sure that user access only one app server (portal)

Hi

We have a portal setup with Portal CI (NW 7.3 SP09 ) in an internal network and its app server in DMZ. We have created an external facing URL name and have pointed it to the app server in DMZ. So ideally all the requests should go to the portal app server in DMZ , but in ICM logs I can see request coming in for the CI of the portal. Is there a way to avoid this in ICM ? maybe ICM parameter .
