Input feild look and feel differing in IE11 and other browser

hi experts ,

i had develped a dasboard , we are using jsp pages and have a look at below pic which was taken from firefox browser

here the red colored highligted input feilds have curved edges and as well as water mark in thier input which are highlighted by black rectangle, now we are opening same in IE11 here the look and feel is totaly different as shown below

here you can see that same red colored rectanlge highlighting that curved edges are missing as well the water mark is also missing .. the look adn feel is differing a lot can any one help on this issue ...

The same if openend in IE8 or IE9 , the look and feel is simillar to the first pic. only in IE11 we are facing this issue.
