Detail Navigation display white backround

Hi Expert,

Im using Master Installtation : SAP Netweaver 7.4 SR 1

Currently the detailed navigation's backround displaying white, this makes the link-text invisible but visible when mouse hover
because someone has changed the framework configuration and forgot how to undone it.
Im trying to reset the framework but its not working.
