Hi experts,
We are using SAP Enterprise Portal 7.0. When the manager receives an email notification (for approving expenses) in his mailbox containing the details of the expense, the text appears in chinese language. This is not a regular phenomenon but is occurring randomly for users. Also, it is not related to browsers and devices as the text is appearing in chinese, be it in web mail or outlook. Please refer the screenshot below:

Any idea what could be the issue here, which workflow settings to check here or is there some other issue?
