Launch SAP GUI using URL (through portal)

Hi Experts,

can you let me know is there any way to launch the SAP GUI(gui for windows) using a URL.

I have created a Transaction iview and given the URL to that iview. It launches the SAP GUI successfully. But the issue is it gives a pop up stating to close the browser.
