Mulitiple FIle upload Option in KM Content

hi experts ,

In km content when we select a folder ex documents and then in the top folder option select folder-> multiple folder option is available ... as shown in hte below image

and then we have one direct url which opens the KM folder directly and has shown below

here again using the folder-> we dont have that multiple file upload option can any one give a solution .. ?
