Custom Error page not reflecting in Portal 7.4

Hi All,

I've created a custom error page by following Customizing HTTP Default Error Pages for SAP NetWeaver Portal 7.3

I'm sure, I followed all the steps described but still I'm still getting the default error page.

I've restarted the server and also cleared all caches as described in How to clear the SAP Portal cache

Could anyone please suggest what else I need to do to get the custom error page in case of standard one.
