AS Java stops with exit code 515

Hi

SAP Portal failed to start with the following error message as per bootstrap log:

Java node 'Instance_bootstrap' terminated with exit code 515.

I followed the following link

and have seen missing information of Instance ID. There was no Instance ID in the config tool.

What is the process to fix this issue? Pls help to get it fix.
