Absence deduction more than allowable limit from ESS, but not from Backend

Hello All,

I have check and all configurations looks correct from the back-end.

Employees are able to take more leave days than the allowable 32 days when they apply from the ESS portal, but when I simulate from the back-end the system prevents the leave request saying "No more available quota ..." as expected.

Can anyone help me as to where the problem might be coming from, some employees already have 37, and 48 days, showing at the back end in IT 2006 as Deduction.
