"-" or "+" key on the numeric keyp

Collapsible frames in our Production Portal collapses after user presses "-" or "+" key on the numeric keypad (NumLk).

This feature/problem does not occur in our Dev and QAS environment.

Is this an option that can be turned off?

We are on NetWeaver 2004s (EP7) SP9
