Blank page when entering the portal after upgrade to 731 sp 16

Hi all,

After upgrade to 731 sp 16, we get a blank page when trying to access the portal. We are using theme designer tool but when we try with theme editor tool the issue is not reproduced. In the trace we can see following error:

java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sapportals.portal.prt.service.laf.bo.less.Theme.getRootURI() of a null object loaded from local variable 'theme'""

How we can fix this issue?
