We have upgraded our Portal from 7.0 to 7.4 and the backend ECC system from EHP5 to EHP7.
In old Portal 7.0 and ECC EHP5 we had the “Edit Skills Profile” option available for Managers where in they could add/change qualifications for
their Employees.
Now in Portal 7.4 and EHP7, we don’t see this option or any alternative to it.
We have checked the below options:
1.Manager accessing the Talent Profile for an Employee through Team View on homepage. Here, the Qualifications cannot be edited, nor can the
Manager add new qualifications.
2. When Manager tries to access the Talent Profile through Talent Management -> Talent Information, here also there are no add/edit options
for qualifications.
3. If the Manager clicks on Employee Self-Service on the Talent Information screen then there are no tabs for Qualifications and
Trainings visible. How can these be made visible?
Now in Portal 7.4 and EHP7, we don’t see this modification option or any alternative to it. As you can see from the screens above, the option to add new qualifications or edit existing qualifications of Employees is not available for the Manager in MSS. Please advise.
