Dear Experts,
My colleague has done a homogeneous system copy of our DEV BW system.
Now when logging in to the portal, it looks very weird and it shows errors:

Also menus look pretty weird at some points:

Although it looks terrible, it's clickable and everything works...
The production portal looks perfectly fine. I have been checking for some notes, I found those two:

But they are basically speaking about inconsistency of the packages, but I have compared everything
between DEV and PRD and all the components have exactly the same versions, so this can't be the
cause of the problem.
