Error in UWL Substitution

Hi All,

    We have a situation where in USER1 substitutes the task using Fill in option to USER2 .Later USER1 removed the substitution from "My Substitution Rules" using delete option but USER2 still has that entry in "Other Users' Substitution Rules" .

Now if USER1 tries to add again USER2  it says "Multiple Substitution rules between the same users are not supported " and

When USER2 tries to take over the existing one that throws Substitution Exception "Failed to run action 'GetAssignedSubstitutions' provider <BPEMUWLConnector> in system <SYSTEM>  Error returned from Provider : User with Unique name [deleted] does not exist in BPM UWL Connector"

We have checked in standard table "KMC_WF_SUBSTITUTE" for corresponding entry we couldn'd find any entry corresponding to this substitution .

Please help to solve this issue if have come across
