Hi,
we are in a renaming process of users in our portal.
Something like renaming User from A001 to B000001.
We are moving them from the old usernames to the new in small groups.
This means we are moving all users from for example grp001 with the username beginning with an A to the new username with B.
The difficulty is I need to export all users (not the list of the users) of an UME group to import them again with a different username.
It is needed because a lot of users have manually assigned groups and roles.
Is there a way to do this?
Something like typing in multiple User IDs in the search criteria in the User Admin of the Portal?
Or a way to export the user objects of a portal group including the groups and roles of the included users?
Or is there a better approach for this kind of problem I don´t see?
Exporting all users at once and search for all users of a group is not useable in this case I think, the users are coming from an Active Directory and we have there over 9000 users.
And exporting every user by hand in the user administration takes too long with this amount of users.
