hope anyone can provide some help: I copy the SAP tradeshow theme to a customer theme and would like to replace the branding image. I upload a new image with the browse-button ("URL to Branding Image"). The new image is perfectly shown in the preview, but not in the portal, when I refresh. Yes, the customer theme is stored in the master rule collection. Other changes are successfull (for example: change of logo image).
How come the change of the branding image does not have any effect (although the image is shown in the preview)?
