MOVE_CAST_ERROR caused by locale setting

Hi expert

We are using sap netweaver 702

The Web Dynpro ABAP application uses the writing direction right-to-left. When you create the page, the error MOVE_CAST_ERROR occurs in the method IS_ATTRIBUTE_FORCE_LTR of the class CL_WDR_VIEW_ELEMENT_ADAPTER. The application terminates and a dump is written.THe error is: Dynamic type conflict

I can't implement the note 1410649 because we are using on sap netweaver 702

and the note isnot implemented

in english the iview is running, but in hebrew i'm getting dump.
