Here we have an issue to switch the desktop between two langugae's.
In detail :We need two desktops one in telugu and other in english language.
Before login to portal desktop enduser will get a popup window with two link english and telugu .
when the user clicks on english link the portal desktop page should load the page in total english lnaguage.
If the user clicks on telugu link it should load desktop totally in telugu language,I mean the masthead title,role,pages,etc should load in telugu language .
Can any one please suggest any idea how to achieve this .
