I have an issue with UME Notification on my portals. I have configured all the parameters of the UME Notification through UME Configtool (System->System Config ->Ume config -> Notification E-MAIL). When i tried to test the service at first time through the use of Logon Help Application, no email was received on the admin's email nor user's email.
Please Help!!
