Hello everybody,
we have recently upgraded our Enterprise Portal from 7.4 SP10 to SP13. After the upgrade we discovered a weird issue. All UME users (with exception of technical users and administrator) could not logon to the Portal anymore.
Of course after several attempts the respective users got locked out. The Administrator was able to unlock the users and reset the password. Afterwards the user was able to login as usual.
Has anyone discovered similar issues or has an idea how we could narrow down this issue?
