Service registry configuration

Hello experts,

I am using web service model in my web dynpro java application. I have created two application and configured in portal and in both application different WSDL URL is using.

While configration of communication  profile, WSDL option is selected in services source.

Now my problem is at a time only one application in working in portal for which WSDL URL in configured, for working of second applciation need to change the configuration every time.

Is any way of configuration so that I can use both application without changing the WSDL URL?

I am new to web service model and netweaver configuartion for web service java.
