Theme adjustments for Standards Mode

Hello Experts,

Our portal has custom theme that works in quirks mode.

We need to use Standards Mode (for that we copied the AJAX Standards Mode Framework page).

Most of the theme works but there are some problems (alignments, RTL issues etc).

What is the correct procedure for making the theme works in AJAX Standards Mode Framework page?

Do we need to create a new theme?

Portal version is 7.31 SP17.
