Lock users of a portal from other portal using UME API's

Dear All,

We have requirement to lock users in no. of portal systems from other portal system where my application would deploy .

For ex.

There are 5 portals (A,B,C,D,E) in my landscape and my application is deployed on Portal A , now my requirement is , I want to lock some users of portal B,C,D,E using UME API's.
