We went for Portal upgrade from EP7.3 SP5 to EP 7.3 SP14. Post upgrade, MSS tab shows 2013, 2014 tasks in users UWL. We checked the backend and those tasks exists in ready status. But user wants these old tasks to be hidden/should not show in UWL. We are not sure, how this was handled before to hide but post upgrade, these are visible and user is having nearly 2000 tasks in inbox and finding it difficult to manage.
Please guide me to hide these tasks from portal/from backend.
