The SAP_BW connection in the portal is not working after Dual-Stack split procedure

Dear Experts,

 

I'm in a pretty desperate situation. This was a dual-stack NetWeaver 7.4 system. Yesterday I've finished the Dual-Stack split

procedure and I've determined, that it completely destroyed the configuration of the BI Diagnostics and Support Desk Tool.

I need to make at least the SAP_BW connection in the portal work, but no matter what I do, it fails miserably with this error:

 

No connection to system SAP_BW found

No connection to system SAP_BW found:

com.sapportals.connector.connection.ConnectionFailedException: Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection.

Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection.

Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not create JCO connection.

The Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized.

 

What I did so far:

1) Replaced the entry in STRUSTSSO2

2) Generated new certificates and exchanged them several times

3) Deleted all the old certificates of the Java stack in STRUSTSSO2

4) Restarted both the ABAP and Java system several times

5) Checked that the SSO parameters in RZ10 are correct (accept and issue of sso tickets)

6) I found the following thread:

but it didn't bring any help in my case. Please kindly advise on how to solve this tricky situation!
