Portal link from SAP BEx Query not working after SAP BW 7.3 upgrate

Hi Expert,

After BW upgrade from BI 7.0 to BW 7.3 , when we execute BEx Query it is giving attached error,

When try to Publish Broadcast nothing appear.

It seems we need to change some portal setting somewhere, any body suggest where they setting will be.
