ICE package xmls

Hello colleagues,

I have a Portal 7.3 with problems with the news pictures not being showed.  The user told me that the news don’t work properly because the xmls files are in production but not in development, therefore it is necessary to do an export-import with the xmls content. According to what I have read we need to do and ICE package. Can you please tell me how to do an export of an ICE package that contains the xmls files from production to development?
