We have a project scenario where user gets mail notification of purchase order work item in their outlook mailbox. While they click on this work item, SAP logonpad opens & after user puts in credentials - the work item opens where user can approve/reject the work item or see the attached PO.
Now the requirement is while user clicks on the work item on mailbox, instead of work item opening thru logon pad, this same work item window should open using portal & from there they would do the same steps as I've mentioned above.
We thought of UWL implementation but in UWL as a first step it would open the list of work items while user would go to their home tab inside portal but not a particular work item detail.
Need help on how solution can be provided to this requirement..Your help would be highly appreciated.
