Federated portal logs and traces

Dear All,

Currently i am working on federated portal in which i have producer and consumer.  There is one of the applications which i am accessing from consumer portal (vers 7.0) in which i am getting the following error.

Portal runtime error (consumer portal).

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID: 08:50_03/07/13_0022_123987630

Refer to the log file for details about this exception

But in the Producer Portal the same application is running smoothly.

In the consumer portal, iam not able to search the Exception ID in logs and traces of portal.

Please suggest the way to retrieve the actual error message from portal.
