Issue with km content news on logon page

Hi Experts,

I am facing one issue.

I am able to display news on logon page.

It is showing logon page if we click the news link to see description.

I have assigned anonymous to iView and anonymous user to km folders as read only.

I am working in EP 7.3. Is there any pre-settings in portal 7.3?

Please help me regarding this issue.
