NW Portal for BO Notes Management

Hello Experts,

Basis have deployed Notes Management component on NW Portal 7.3. But i can't get access for a application interface, only for NetWeaver administrator, Web services navigator, Management console etc.

Is there any guides or howto where i may find the way of activate this component and apply url adress.
