ESS leave request error

Hi

I have set up the leave request in ESS 1.0 using ECC 50 and EP 7.0 . The approvals work fine through ESS. But there is message whic prompts up every time when the employee tries to review the leave .

"Document created with information: HRTIM_ABS_REQ086 There are no Customizing settings for  ongoing requests for Personnel Number"

I have done all settings in SPRO for ESS. (Rule groups, processing processes type for leave , define variants)

I dont understand what is missing
