Displaying Images on the Roles

Hello All,

We are on SAP Portal 7.3. I am trying to attach our custom image to a role using the role property name Icon URI, and i am assigning PCD of Web Resource Repository to this fields accrding to below Help URL:

. But it is not working.

Could you please some one tell me how to replace SAP Image with our own image for the roles.
