Autmotive Dealer Portal SPRO configurations

Hello all,

Sorry to post a very basic question, but I am quite new to Dealer Portal and SD functional module. Request to help.

I have not configured any thing specific till now, I found the link below but its not clear how these can be configured.

I am getting below errors when initial overview screen is accessed, I guess its because of the configurations which have to be done as per the above link.
Can any one guide me regarding this.
No personalization data exists
No system assigned for partner in transaction DPCOMMON_MAP_P_S
