My requirement is as follows:
We have made DMS our document repository but no all our employees have SAP access and we are required by law that our documents are readily available to all employees. To ensure compliance we currently maintain the documents on a network share and in DMS which posses a risk.
So to achieve this we wanted to make access to our portal anonymous and then give the people access to the Taxonomies to the documents
What we have done:
We have setup SSO via portal making use of Kerberos
I have been able to get my anonymous access to work on my portal 7.31. All the relevent iViews and content has been set to allow anonymous access.
We have DMS, TREX and taxonomies setup
Authenticated user are able to see a list of documents and are able to open them.
However when my anonymous user opens the indexes they are empty (no files are listed).
Access to the taxonomies are achieved through a custom HTML page with links in such as this (same file authenticated users access)

I have attached screenshots showing the two results.
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
