Getting Erro when Login into irj/portal

I am able to logging into irj/portal using the webdispatcher URL(SAP NW 7.3)

But when i reached to home page its giving below Error.

RfcException: [null] message: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon) Return code: RFC_SYS_EXCEPTION(3) error group: 103 key: RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE

    at com.sap.mw.rfc.api.RfcApi.RfcOpen(RfcApi.java:647)

Please Suggest the resolution
