Security Policy for ABAP UME in Portal

Hi all,

We configured ABAP UME as Portal UME Datasource,

We would like to Know which Security Policies will be considered while changing Password Reset in Portal.

Is it Portal Policies or ABAP Policies??

For Example

In the ABAP, Password min length is defined 8.

In Portal UME-> Security Policy -> Minimum Length of Password: 6

What Password Min length will be considered while Reset the password in Portal in the above case.
