Unable to attach document for CLM Buyer role in EP 7.3

Hi All,

I'm trying to attach a document for a CLM Buyer Role under Contract management,but unable to do it.We are using EP 7.3 and CLM-Wave 9 version.

Following is the scenarion:

1.I log into Portal whose user is assigned CLM Buyer role.

2.I click on contract management tab and under 'Mast Agreement List Channel', i click on Master Agreement ID.

3.I click on Edit and click on Attachment tab.

4.When i click on 'Attach File', pop-up opens for file to be selected.When i select the file and save,the file is not getting attached.

Has anyone faced similar issue?

Kindly, help me out in resolving this issue.
