I need to create a application account to connect from Sol Man to portal for E2E, RCA etc.
Can you tell me how I can enable my current SAP Portal 7.0 settings to query
"subtree scope" in the currently connected LDAP?
The current difference between actual user account and Application account is the LDAP DN. Application accounts are created under ou=Unix,ou=People,dc=acme,dc=com. But actual user accounts are under ou=People,dc=acme,dc=com
How to enable SAP portal to search through sub-tree? I checked out other blog and didn't find any precise way to do it.
