when I try to open a FPM Application in Self-Service Administrator I get following exception:

We recently upgraded our portal from NW 7.0 to NW 7.40 SPS9, the latest components of SAP ESS 633, SAP MSS 630 and PCUI_GP 633 are deployed and the Use_CustomerExit_ParameterProvider is set to "true" in the common_configuration of com.sap.portal.appintegrator.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
