MSS Role navigates to ESS role

Hi All,

After upgrading op SAP Portal 7.40 Sp9 we experience a problem when we click on MSS role.

When we click on MSS role it redirects to ESS main role

We have cleared navigation cache on server, cleared browser cache and restarted portal server.
Tested in both IE11 and Firefox, same scenario.

Any input to what causes this behavior and how we solve this issue?
