Changing portal language in link of application

Is it possible to change the language of my portal when I'm navigating to an application?

I know it is possible to change the language with following link:

http://sappep.be.flexso.com:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/intranet.frame.masthead.changeLanguage?language=french&guest_user=guest

The link to my application is following:

http://sappep.be.flexso.com:50000/irj/portal/anonymous/RecallOverview?guest_user=guest

Is it possible to change the language in my application url?
