Get Support Link on Logon page in EP7.3

Hi Experts,

I have enabled  GetSupport  link in Logon page  and also  i disabled security questions option in UME Configuration .

By logon help link i can able to reset password but i'm receiving mails with New Password.

I followed below steps.

STEP 1 :   I  configured mail ID to end user in User Administrator.

STEP 2 :   I have configured  SMTP server host and System E-Mail Addresses in UME Configuration

STEP 3 : Click on GetSupport Link on Logon Page.

STEP 4 : Entered User ID  and mail ID .

STEP 5 : Got Message like "New  password was assigned and sent e-mail".

But  i'm not receiving any mail with new password .

Please help us where i was wrong . please find steps in attached  img.
