We are trying to show "Add to Favorites" or "Add to Portal Favorites" option in tray menu of a page / iview but not able to do so. We have a custom role which has a custom page which in turn has a standard UWL iview embedded in full page layout.
So far, I have
- enabled the "Add to Favorites" / "Add to Portal Favorites" options in iview/page.
- enabled the "Add to Favorites" / "Add to Portal Favorites" options in Page Title Bar iview of my framework page.
Other options like "Details", "Refresh", "Open in New Window" can be removed and enabled back but "Add to Favorites" doesn't seem to be working. Am I missing any configuration? Anything to do with KM? I can see a KM favorite folder created under userhome -> <user_id> -> Favorites.
We recently upgraded from EP 7.02 to 7.3.
