wpc page not getting displayed at times

Hi experts,

I have created a page in WPC by assigning the area management role.I have created a folder under which an area under which the page.

Also I have assigned the page to a role by creating a connection specifying the page id.

I am able to see the page in the environment in which i created the page.

But when I transported the wpc to another environment,the page is getting displayed sometimes and sometimes the connection itself is not appearing in that role in that transported environment.

Also,the page is not getting displayed for all users.I have also assigned permissions of the page to everyone group and given Read permission for the everyone group.

Please suggest solution for both the issues.
