We have SAP SRM portal installed. Everything is working fine but the client is complaining about the un-un-intuitiveness of the Portal. We are
using standard content and not having any custom applications.
Can you guys please share what are the beautifications options available for Portal? I know one is to implement Flex UI layer but in that case
I'm afraid of implementing all custom content.. So any suggestions would be really appreciated.
