As recently we had one issue in which one of our production portal instance giving error to a bunch of users. When users are logging to portal they are seeing another user's profile. We checked that our portal instances and it was occurring on instance 02 while 01 and 03 are working fine.
The portal version is EP7.3 and we have ABAP UME. Our portal url is having smalled domain name then R/3 servers. Our logoff functionality was also not working properly.
please suggest what are things we can check that lead to this type of error?
