Authorization failed! No access: 401- error in SAP AE

Hi,

We are getting the “Authorization failed! No access: 401” error in SAP AE (Authoring Environment) while connecting from ECC to Portal KM Master repository.

We checked the following

1.       - Portal KM folder/Master repository permissions. User has full access to KM Master repository

2.       - ECC SPRO LSO Config

3.       - Same user id exists in ECC and Portal with full access

4.       - Firewall settings between ECC and Portal

In Dev system there is no issue whereas same config settings have been maintained in the QA system,   we are getting this Authorization issue.

If any one of you experienced the same issue before, could you please share your views?
